Rooms weren't clean enough. Service was really bad. They have excuse for everything. Had tv in the room but no use. Because they dnt recharge it anyway. Went twice. And both the time I had the same experience. Waste of money. I would never recommend it to anyone

Location is very remote until ur planning to just visit Kolkata to sleep, watch tv and enough data is available in your mobile, I don't think it's pretty good to stay( As to purchase even liquor ,food getaways u will need to travel by auto,Buses or cabs).. Hotel staff's are amazingly helpful hence rated three star but they are seriously short staffed...You can sometimes watch the person sitting at reception also cleaning your room,also cleaning your bathroom and sometimes even cooking your food and also delivering at your room (Which I personally saw)but they do everything to make ur stay comfortable (They need a pay raise to be honest). Rooms are okayish but paint on the walls are peeling off, Nicely cleaned but not maintained!!! If you are not a localite and saved your money by staying here trust me your saved money would be spent off by paying cab fare charges.Buses are available,Auto rickshaws are available but u need to know what route they are going before boarding which I don't think a person new to the city have an idea about.. Even Newtown main hub is quite far from here better off stay near chinar park if you want malls,offices,liesure items, Foods to be near to where u staying at!! In total Good property, okayish rooms, Amazing staff's,Very far from the centre, Necessary items shops also quite far...Good luck!!!

The hotel was a nice one. Though the location is a bit remote, it's closer to the airport and the CC2 mall. Google map takes a longer route than usual. But closest landmark is Majestic Suites or Siddha deluxe. The room was clean and the the staff was also cordial and polite. The food was only vegetarian but you'll have to ask and then order what they can provide. They didn't tell us breakfast is complimentary but we got to know during check out. Also they only provide soap, water etc. when you ask for them. The service is pretty slow, may be because of less staff or may be because they're still pretty new. Otherwise it's a nice place to live if you're on a business trip or also with family.
Comfortable stay, enjoyed every moment. Great staff and service with delicious food. A Good experience value for money stay option if you visit nearby.
Pathetic... The moment we entered everything went wrong... The room wasn't clean,all the dust they pushed under the bed, too many mosquitoes, weird kind of smell, no wifi...and on the last day the water pipe broke down outside and all the water entered the room...horrible experience...service was good though... But not worth the price... Really need to improve a lot.
What a great hospitality I will definitely recommend to all of my friends & relatives to stay with pearl tree hotel in kolkatta very polite staffs and convenient for frequent flyers because it is situated just about 3.5 km from kolkata Airport feasible to stay with family.
