My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite making a prior phone booking, they failed to hold the room as promised.They insisted that they would only provide a room if one happened to be available at that exact moment. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. My advice: don't trust their phone reservations, book online, or look elsewhere for a more reliable option. Zero stars for their broken promises
The hotel is just ok, they need to do maintenance and painting as required.
Rooms size is good, service is awesome and location is very convenient as it is just 250 m from railway station
If you are taking Non Ac room they will give you room on top floor, that room was too much hot, like you pay for taking punishment. I staying 1 night, full night not sleeping because of room temperature. You could not open the window because pigpens are outside the window.
Never visited again this place.
In these type of budget hotels I am not happy to see the stains in bedcovers and pillows. Here it is neat and clean. Went to 4hotels nearby and found this Hotel.
We had a pleasant stay in Hotel Pearls Madurai. Rooms including bathroom are clean and hygienic.. Near to railway station and Meenakshi Amman Temple.
It's worst hotel in Madurai, reception staff is most corrupt, they demand cash for early check in & don't give any receipt. At checkout also they want extra money against checkout time of 12 pm. Shouldn't waste money & time on such useless hotels.

It's wonderful resort located in madurai. Ambience is so good. Restaurant buffet starts at 12.45pm everyday. Salads to dessert is so good. Banquets halls are there for all events. Event buffet foods are also available.
