The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
Horrible staff no sense of talking the lady in the reception was extremely rude and arrogant Rooms were very small and very costly one can get a good 3 star hotel in the cost they are taking bedsheet had stains .no proper service please do not make fool of yourself it is total waste of Money
good place. fitted within budget. the amenities were upto date. having a kettle or coffee/tea maker would have made it more easy. nowadays all hotels provide kettle in room. otherwise good place to stay for 2-3 days
The hotel has good rooms, the only thing we were disappointed about was that we booked a room for 4 but there was a double & another single bed the fourth person was allotted in the same but had to sleep on the floor where the mattress was provided. Room service is good

The overall experience is good. The staff are polite and disciplined. I just had breakfast and the quality was awesome. but it was a compact type room. it's good for business but for the family room it will be short. I prefer to stay here only if I go on a business trip. good for a business trip
