Rooms are pretty small compared to other Hotels. The lift and the corridors has beer smell, Maybe because of less ventilation. However, rooms were neat clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I requested to have my TV recharged, but it wasn't done even after I informed them. And when I asked for an iron box, they sent a damaged one that was unusable. The hair dryer in the room was not working. Overall, it seemed like the hotel had not been taking proper care of its equipment and amenities. I was hoping for a comfortable stay but the issues I encountered left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

It's right in the center of the city, restaurant and food is not good. Rooms are of normal. Not worth for a four star hotel.

It's memorable to visit again after 3 yrs, fortunate to get same room. Good Food nice cooperation from reception to dining. Food was served as per request (less spicy) Coming back in rainy season

Its management is not doing enough for the safety of the guests and their personal property. While the guests are out of the room, people access the room (its not the cleaning service, they are very nice and good people) and go through guests personal items. Though it was brought to the attention of the manager, he was just attempting to cover up the matter. No apology.. was even hesitant to pass on the name and contact number of the owner.
