Hotel Pearl Residency - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

Great hotel for short or long stay. Breakfast was great for Indians and the service was very quick. Appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Don't get disappointed by seeing the building. The hotel is completely opposite from it.

My New Review: 1. The room I'm alloted with has problems in everything including AC, fan, door, taps, etc., and they are not even fixing it. 2. Price increased in very short span. Hotels seem to have a habit that if a client is adjusting small issues, then he wont care even if you give worst services and so they give you their bad rooms available and wont care. They'd focus on bad clients who creates drama and give good services to them. Old Review: Efficient management, smiling staffs, neat rooms, and keeps the hotel clean. Quite near to Railway station. Hope they maintain it same.

Excellent, budget friendly, very clean. Staff response was very good. While booking hotel add breakfast then you will get discount on breakfast, that we missed it because of not added. We took the regular price, which was too reasonable because they have given 4 to 5 varieties of breakfast with tea, very tasty. Only 1km distance from railway station, by walk also we can reach hotel in 10minutes or else go by auto pay 30/- to 40/- "Done"

Pathetic, one room was booked for my wife from 10 to 14 Oct 2023, my wife reached at 1030 pm. Hotel does not have restaurant and wife did not feel safe as everybody was staring like they have never seen women. My wife immediately checked out and requested Mr Moin to cancel and process for refund to which he has refused. I also spoke to Mr Moin, behaviour was quite rude...I will never recommend such Hotel......I told him about a hotel in Delhi which refunded me in similar situations, to which Mr Moin said it is Gujarat not Delhi......

I would review as a happy customer. Hotel pearl first of all was neat and tidy. Spacy rooms with huge window. Breakfast served in the package of really tasty. Overall best budgeted hotel for stay in surat nearby station.

One of the worse hotel i have ever seen in my life i have been to sahara star thou but this hotel pearl which is near surat kamrej he miss behaved front office guy name haider he is openly challenging to customer that we guest cant do anything on his hotel

Best hotel stayed in when in Surat. Staff very polite n excellent service. No tantrums .clean rooms clean bathrooms . Good stay.
