We've been into Mysore trip last week i.e., in May 2023 & took this Hotel for 1 Night. They charged us 2800Rs for Mini AC Room with Extra Bed. We, A typical Indian 4 Membered Family lodged into this Hotel.
The Charge is a bit more than Premium I feel for the Accomodation, Room and for their Service.
They've provided Hot water in a decent manner but we've to wait for much time to use Hot water. AC, TV & Bed was Okay to use. They claimed that May is typically the Costliest & Busiest season in Mysore and due to that, there are no Rooms & Vacant rooms are also very costly. I strictly prefer Advance Booking to reduce the Charges. On a whole, the Hotel is pretty nice and decent experience if the price for that sized AC Room would be around 2K - 2200.
It's a good experience with the Staff & Manager, they're talking Kannada, Telugu, English and Hindi also.
As this Hotel is very nearby to Railway Station & City Bus Stand of Mysuru, it's a good option to stay in as it is very Calm and Composed.
Hotel management was so rash. They will show less amount in online and will ask more if you went directly offline. If you ask about this they will reply very rudely. Rooms was not that much clean and hygiene. No drinking water.

Rooms are not that good/hygiene as per the amount they charge.... Better to book through online to get off than begging for some cutoff. They mention 24hrs of hot water facility for name sake, never they help u out with this matter. They charged additional Rs350 for Mysore sight seeing
And they mention to cover 13 places but actually they take only to few places and tells time got over.... Surprisingly there will be an additional hidden charges
Hotel staffs behaved very rudely. No water and hot water in the morning. Window A/C was very noisy and we were not able sleep. I booked double room. But I got single room for same price.
I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel.
Rate was a bit high. Otherwise everything was very nice. Rate should not be this much high.
