This place was good for stay and food was also good

I chose to stay at this hotel since the online reviews were positive, however all of them were false, and the establishment is quite awful. You won't be welcomed when you enter, and the personnel is awful. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that my room had been given to someone else and that I would need to pay an additional 300 rupees a day for another room. They lied and gave me a deluxe room, which was the worst room. The elevator was terrible, and there were no basic amenities like a toothbrush or tube of toothpaste in the room. The only thing I received was an a soap, which I requested by phone. The rooms smelled really horrible. A service member came and threw some hand sanitizer--which felt more like soap water--and stated it was finished after I requested a clean up or room fresheners. There were defective ac switches. And to make matters worst, the washroom was so little that when you entered, the entire sink was there in front of you. Personal suggestions Please don't stay here.

The location was good. Food quality is average. The staff are unprofessional. T.V. not working Room service is poor No wifie service

We reached there when the restaurant was least busy and we were the only customers. The ambience was good. The staff was co operative. Food could've been better. We had ordered kadhai paneer which tasted a bit stale. Rest was okay about food.

Hotel Pearl : yummy and tasty food but a bit costly or like not worth the high prices. Talking about staying in the hotel, rooms are pathetic and old with very less maintenance. Not worth. I would advice you just to have food there in the restaurant that too if you are willing to pay a bit higher compared to others. While they provide good food but with little quantity.

hotel is costly but food is awesome good to stay. staff supporting well if u have online booking and checking in at early morning. hotel is not only focus on earning money. they serves best even.

I stayed over there and stay was nice. Its a vegetarian hotel and very good restaurant. I had my food there and that was marvelous. This hotel is not for family best suited for business people. Service was perfect and provide excellent services over there. Cleanliness was perfect and very neat and clean.

This is nice hotel for you if you are looking for a budget hotel....the rooms are in good condition and the service staff is also very cooperative...the food here is good but do not keep high expectations from this hotel...although this hotel is situated in outskirts of the main city but it is worth the stay given the constraints in your budget...............................................
