HOTEL PBS GRAND - Lodge in Hosapete - Ballari, India

Bed was not cleaned, room was not locking well then also I chose the hotel even after it was High price because of i cam by early morning but they told me check out the same time that is next day early morning if i stay more than that i have to pay half price of 1day, it was felt like an warning not a good service for a tourist. How one can go early morning?!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were very courteous and attentive, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and cozy, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also followed strict protocols of hygiene and safety, and I felt very secure and relaxed. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality accommodation.

Good hotel for overnight stay for Hampi in Hospete. Location is perfect in the town. Everything is easily available and accessible from this hotel. Services were good except the rooms could have been more cleaner. It's an old hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at PBS Grand Humpi! The service was top-notch, and I was truly impressed by the dedication of the staff. I accidentally left my belongings in my room, but thanks to the hotel supervisor, Shylaja, and the manager, Mr. Lingaraj, my items were promptly and safely couriered to Kerala. Their exceptional service went above and beyond my expectations. I'm truly grateful for their efforts and will definitely be returning to this hotel for their outstanding service and hospitality.

I with my wife stayed for 3 days from 27th to 29th June. Service was very poor. On repeated calling to reception, concerned person was not attending. Bed sheets and towels are not changed. TV was not properly working. The so called technician was not able to set the TV properly. A few cockroches were found moving in the room. It was brought to notice of house keeping and reception but no use. House keeping persons were not cleaning the room properly and were very reluctant to clean. In washroom, the water gun was leaking, entry door handle was broken and shower was not properly working. The quality of food in the attached restaurent was poor. All these points were brought to the notice of hotel manager Mr Govind. I hope some drastic changes are required so that in future guests do not face these problems.

There were small cockroaches when we checked in our rooms. Not sanitized properly. We asked for a room change and we got it after 20 minutes. That was a huge turnoff during checkin! Staff was courteous enough to do the room change and they were very soft spoken which was a plus sign. Its near main bus stand and also near to famous shanbhag hotel for food. The room was okay clean as well. They have a inhouse restaurant but we didn't try so cannot comment! If you don't find stay in Hampi or kamalapur, then this seems to be viable option in Hospet.

Location is very near Hospet station which is a plus, it is walkable from bus stand and main road and restaurants so another plus. No issues really with staff. Do not expect luxury treatment but rooms are spacious, bathrooms are spacious and clean , bedsheets and blanket could have been improved imo. I think its good value for money if you want to explore Hampi and not spend more time in hotel. For Veg Restaurant you can check Nandi Heritage , which is good. I also visited Udipi near bus stand but it was not so good.

It was such a gud hotel after staying at hotel royal fort and hotel rock regency and then this 1 i can say this hotel was very gud neat and clean washrooms compared to that 3 star hotels this was super clean ,rooms wer very clean and towels wer clean as well bathroom was even very clean best hotel to stay at such a price range but if u stay here dont eat from the restuarant downstairs its very bad in taste i tried dal khicdi and ghee rice it was bad if u r very hungry cant go out at night can have green peas pulao that was gud
