I visited this restaurant today (17/11/23) around 7.45 pm with my wife for the first time. It was a Friday evening and even at this peak hour plenty of seats were vacant ( approx 60 percent). As I could see that there were no arrangement of two-seater tables in the restaurant so a table with four seats was offered to us just near the entrance which we were not comfortable. He then offered us a seat near the toilet which we again refused for obvious reason. We wanted to sit on a four seater table that was located in a corner. However we were told that it was reserved. I told them I could not see any reservation board and when more than half of the restaurant is vacant at the peak time then they could just offer the other two four seater tables to other guests. However the person was stubborn and wanted us to sit only at the table chosen by him. We decided that with this kind of attitude even before being seated, we could not expect a better service. Hence we decided to leave immediately. I believe the owner of the restaurant is oblivious to the misbehaviour and adamant attitude of his staff. However with the clientele that he intends to target in this posh neighbourhood, I guess it will be difficult to run business for long. However I would still wish him all the luck.
Banquet is very beautiful. Good for small party of around 60-70 pax. Food was very delicious. Service was good.

Booked for an Engagement ceremony, service was worst. The manager forced our guests to end the event and dinner early because they have another event next day. Our guests have waited 1 hr for the room which was already booked about 1 month ago. Pathetic behaviour from staff and management lack of communication between all the staff.

I went for lunch with my mom there. The place was good and it had good cleanliness. It was good and I enjoyed a great time there. We had ordered veg meals and it was amazing. I had a nice time with an amazing ambience. Instrument songs in the background made the mood more refreshing. The behaviour of the staff was great and they suggested nice options there. Loved it.
