we paid online for an AC room through Agoda but were given a nonAC room thats much cheaper than what we had paid for

The staff at the front office is really unmanned except Mr Sagar c p plan break fast is very bad I have stayed in suite room that is too costly as compared to cosmo cities never stay here they are only bothered how take money from guests staying here
