Extremely poor service. Highly unexperienced staffs.. Even not providing tea and coffee bags in rooms.There is no electric kettle in the room. Bathroom is the worst. fixtures are not working. Even there is no pressure of water and you have to wait for 20 minutes to fill a bucket.Shower not working properly. There is no 24x7 hot water facility. Rooms are not sound proof. So noise is very high and you will be able to even hear the telephone ring of reception in the 1st floor. In the corridor lights are not provided during night time. The corridor is completely dark in the night. Though restaurant food quality is good and found the restaurant staffs well behaved. It was really altogether a very bad experience apart from food only.

Ambience is good. I have tried only few items in food but the taste was good. They have a big garden area and halls for marriages and other functions. The only problem is lift is not there so if you are travelling with many luggages than you need to ask help of staff members.

It is wonderful destination for social gathering, marriage purpose and any big gathering. Ambience is too good, big lawn and you won't be saying about the premises. Yesterday attended one marriage ceremony and I found too good arrangement was there. I have personally visited prior also but this time enjoyed marriage party. I personally recommended to my family and friends if any function in near future and your budget is little upper side you can opt for the place Vishnu Vihar.

Me and my 2 friends went for dinner on 06th March, 22. We had a very bad experience. We had ordered Chicken Tandoori as starter and Chicken Biryani in main course. Whole food was cold and not cooked properly. Very worst experience. I think team should to work on them. I think hotel chefs need training.

Very poor service. Pathetic food quality. If you are going there you will loose your 2 hours. Average they charge for serving. And food quality totally wastage of money and overall the water they don't serve normal. They will force to take water bottle. And 18rs bisleri water bottle they will charge 35rs. If you love your time then go to other restaurant. Totally wastage they can ruin your mood also

The food was good. The restaurant is quite empty nowadays because of pandemic. The location is perfect to have a meal. It's very peaceful there apart from the noise of main city. I would love to go there again and try other dishes as well. It would be much lovelier to visit there at night because of the ambience.

The room was neat and clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a peaceful area near judges colony in Gaya. The hotel staff is polite and responsive. The foot was also good in the restaurant. However, their seemed slow. They also have a banquet hall for parties and functions. There is a free parking area in the hotel premises.
