The rooms are good size wish. Room service is better but AC is not working properly in many rooms. Food is also good. Centrally located at exhibition Road, a crowded area with traffic restrictions.
Rooms are mostly clean however we have had several power outages each day. This place does have an odd smell to it. They claim to have a pool however it is always bout of service. I don't recommend for the price.
Other than the bathrooms which need repairs rest everything was excellently. If you are out with your family at 5.30 am,they will pack your breakfast for whole family with everything fresh.Staff behavior very good.
Rooms are very old, I've been shifted from 2 rooms because, AC was not working in a room, the door lock was not working in another room & after so many follow-up. Food quality was very poor. I've ordered rice,dal,mutton curry in my room, received rice, mutton biryani, dal....on complaint they informed my actual order was for rice, chicken biryani and dal ....They are very unprofessional. In the morning breakfast, there was no person to attend to you. Whatever you can see, just you have it . Ridiculous experience.
Recently I attended a CME of Hematoncology. It was indeed a nice experience, the food was awesome here, they just need to work on their breakfast menu. Ambience is good. Best part is no tnsn of Parking space here Staff were really nice n polite Highly recommended
Lodging, Rooms amenities at Par and very standard. Worst banquet experience ever in life. Staffs are totally unmanaged to handle a crowd of 200. They can't manage the buffet lunch/dinner. If you are looking for stay, it's best. But not recommended for any banquet/program.
Hotel is located at Best location..not too far from ghandi maidan. Super market like smart bazar is located inside the hotel. The service here is so good and the best part is the hygiene and cleanesss. Visited there 2 weeks ago and I suggest you must visit here for best dining. All things are available here
I booked buffet for my Father-Mother Anniversary. It was a good experience to select this property as the hotel,the location,the staff,the meal and the hospitality all were up to mark. I suggest to recommend to visit there. If weekend buffet available bt @ 400Rs to 500Rs then can be a good taste to Patnaties.
