I had booked this hotel using MakeMyTrip after consulting with this hotel manager that my train will reach at 4 am early morning and after accepting I need to pay 300 rs extra for early check in. Horrible thing was waiting when I reached hotel all rooms were full and manager never informed the staff on early checkin. I had to cancel my booking and pay higher with other hotel to book at the last minute. I don't recommend this hotel.
Perfect location. Staff is good as well. The cleanliness can be maintained a little better. Budget friendly. Not at all noisy. Good for family stay.
Normal price .hotels rooms are moderately clean .location is good..try to take your own food and things dont depend on room boys ,even manager also asking for bata money for nothing while checking out prepare for dat.
Room and Toilet were not cleaned properly. Whole night I couldn't sleep due to bedbugs bite. Not recommended for a hygienic stay.
For every service we needed to ask multiple times. They Don't supply drinking water. For hot water for bathing, A/c service, to clean the room...we had to ask 3 to 4 times for each room. If the a/c is not ON the room stinks and will be suffocating as there is no proper ventilation available.
I booked room for a day stay and they're very flexible with check in and checkout they even helped us to get a good cab to visit places in tirupathi. Room was clean and A/c too worked in a good condition. It's an average stay. Ambience could be improved.
Near to bus stand and railway station , budget friendly and good staff behaviour. No car parking. No hotel restaurant.. plan accordingly
