Room charges are high according to the facilities, like R.O water, room space bathroom vry conjusted staff behaviour is vry bad, I can't suggest to stay there" One more things those people who fare the hotel & gives more ratings are known each other or relative the hotel owner.

The rooms are clean and well designed .The service quality is also up to the mark .Most important the behaviour and quality of dealing with customers by the main entry office is extremely marvelous at reception. Overall a best choice to stay in affordable price.

Great place with a proper parking space situated near chapra junction, Rooms were quite affordable, The are GSTIN registered and also provide proper gst bill.

It was a nice stay with family staffs were also very supportive and cooperative.

Loction is good on the highway .hotel is very well maintained and staff members are very nice over all good experience... Room service & food is excellent. A Very Nice Stay!! Very comfortable stay. At a walkable distance to the Chapra Railway station. Bus stand is also nearby. Rooms were well worth the money. Staff were friendly too. Use Google maps to spot the place which will otherwise be a bit difficult.

I really don't think there is any other hotel in Chapra which provide that level of service in that affordable rate ......the main significance of this hotel....the location it holds makes it more special near to railway junction and in the main city ....the magnitude of hotel got star as they provide the facility of garage for 4 wheelers too.which is mostly found in expensive ones even not .The hotel room were cleaned and there won't be any complain over hygiene the food was tasty enough for a great nap. The behaviour of staffs made me felt like special guest.They were so genuine and understandable even the water supply was good .I did not have to worry about anything . These guys are so good in hospitality... Vibe was so nice overall.... If you are finding a perfect hotel at smart budget....you should definitely consider and give a chance to this coz I have been to other hotels too but never had that great time .....have to say they are better than other alternatives.... If I ever wish to revisit Chapra...i have no desire for any other hotels each and every thing was so good the hotel management take care for everything...
