Overall experience is too good.rooms are very clean and good. The ambience of hotel is very nice and most important the food is very delicious. It is an memorable staying here. The staff is too good and always meet you with a smile on their face.i strongly recommend you to come and stay here whenever you visit Manali.

It was our first trip to Manali and it was our fortune that we choose this hotel. Everything was awesome especially the service. Shivam , he was best , please promote him to an Higher position . Thank you

We were there for 3 nights and it was amazing experience. Food and service was too good. I recommend this to everyone if you want a quite environment and awesome view of mountains.

Approach to main road is very bad... Hotel photo is not exactly the one in website.. Its surrounded by other hotels so all views are blocked except front view which is good... We booked 4 rooms. Only one has front view.. Though rooms are vacant they did not give.. Dont know this is the fault of tour agency i. e. Travelling himalayas or hotel people... Food items are limitted varieties... Breakfast is not good... Hosekeeping is bad.. Rooms are good.. Dirty linens.. Dont change daily.. Needs to be more professional.. Parking space limited.. Ok.. Ok.. No open space.. Though tour agency mentioned luxury category.. It is not so.. Its economy category...

I had good experience here. I liked their service, staff and food but initially they had given us dirty blanket and bedsheet but when we requested they had immediately changed it. Also road towards hotel is so disgusting, even we would not want to walk on it.

Services are very nice and staff are polite and helpful. The location is a bit interior and needs guidance to reach the hotel. Enjoyed the sunrise from the hotel's balcony

Everything was good . But while leaving,was asked to give extra 500Rs. Reason-Staying past 11AM;till 2.30 PM.This amazed me because rooms were empty and there were no guests waiting to occupy.And we had given business for 3 days. Very bad experience on last day. -------------------------------------------------- Just saw the response from hotel owner. Would like to ask what service you gave between 11AM and 2:30 PM the day we were leaving ?. How does that 3.30 hours is going to make difference? I had a bus from Manali at 4 PM and if I had to leave the hotel before 11AM, where should I go? I understand you are running a business and following the policies/rules you have set. But my entire query is on a humanitarian and ethical context. That extra 500Rs was not at all a small amount for me. Anyway..gone is gone. Thanks for your service.

Great Service. Staff Humble, Cooperative and Supportive for your stay needs. Clean and spacious room. Great View from room. Good Food. Excellent Breakfast with Options. Would Highly recomend for stay here. One Major Negative point approach Road to Hotel is in worst Condition. Its Difficult to Walk or Vehicle to Drive to Hotel.
