Hotel Parvati Palace, Sehore - Hotel in Sehore - Sehore, India

Two things need attention...first lift is not available and we had to carry our heavy luggages to second floor ourselves. Secondly checkout time isn't same as check-in time of 12noon. Our train was bit late and although we utilised their room only for 1.5 hours out of the 23-hour fully paid booking... there was a rude direction from the reception to vacate by 11am. We had to literally rush out to match their timing.

We recently had the trip to Sehore city and we have booked 2 AC rooms at Hotel Parvati Palace, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of furnishings, cleanliness, and the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfortable and soft bed. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by arranging an extra bed for our additional guest. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. I saw on google that they have wifi available in their hotel but when I asked them for the password, they simply told me that there is no wifi available in the hotel. (However, I stumbled upon a network named something like "Hotel Parvati Palace guest Wi-Fi" during my search, maybe it was for some exclusive guests with special privileges.) Despite the minor setback with the wifi, the overall experience at Hotel Parvati Palace was delightful. I would highly recommend Hotel Parvati Palace to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel's attention to detail and exceptional service made it a memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed there for a short time, but the stay was good. Rooms and service was up to the mark

I would like to share I have worst experience at this hotel Parvati no good service ,In morning no hot water for bath ,only cash accepted here , no receipt to save GST ,no properly checkout service we have call too many times to receptionist for opening the shutter

Budget friendly hotel if you are looking for a cost effective option then you should go for this hotel.

Hotel staff is too bad they misplaced my luggage and when I asked them about it they said they are not aware of it. Even the CCTV cameras were not working. Bad place to stay ever

Near sehore bus stand.. walking distance...else auto takes Rs.50/- Due to rain no hot water facility as geysers work on solar system.

Worst staff, once you check in then you are of no value, will not recommend to any one.
