The manager's attitude was terrible. Although we had booked an AC room through Agoda, he was unwilling to acknowledge it as such. We had to obtain confirmation from Agoda, resulting in a 15-minute delay due to their mismanagement. As a married couple traveling for work, we were asked for our marriage certificate, which we found unnecessary but provided anyway. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and even the food was disappointing.
Worst experience. More money was asked at the time of check out and no facilities. Please don't come here.

It was a horrible experience, the room was not sanitized and entire hotel staff was not following any covid precautions. More to that the bedsheets were full of small hair. The room floor was sticky while walking. The washroom was not properly clean. No tooth paste and comb were available. The quilt for sleeping was not available I had to go to reception to ask it and then hotel staff gave it in my hand which was so embarrassing infront of other guest. Only veg and non veg thali is available. When I asked for the other dishes I straight forward received reply order from swiggy.

This hotel is quite good but some small things which is very valuable is not perfect . because of this, hotel is not suitable regarding services, food quality is very poor and care less, if family comes pls prepare for non healthy food. cleanliness is poor in respect of office boys they are not punctual. Even people also not serious about that. walls are wet due to rain not taking care by the owner. if you book the room you will have to pay service tax around 400 to 500 by cash. I booked in **non AC room but in case charges **cash. it means ultimately **around got rent. So pls don't think about discount. it is better to choose AC and clean room.
The location of the hotel is perfect , due to the last stop of the buses going from Mumbai towards Bangalore, stayed here to get fresh and meet few people staying in Kamothe Area, nothing special about the room, and avg room and value for money.
This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
