-Food is pathetic -Rates are sky high -Rooms are smelly And in top of that the owner is fraud, we ordered food from room service and were not given full quantity. They said we will discount in final bill. And later they charged full bill. Very rude and negative behaviour. Even if you have to pay higher fare you should stay somewhere else. In Worst case you should stay here, it will teach you that bad experience.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel for a marriage function. Room number 205. As highlighted by many people in so many reviews, Yes the hotel owner has no sense of talking to customers. In short words, he is greedy, stingy and an unprofessional guy. When we shifted room on Friday (24th August), it was dirty. (They installed new ACs in few rooms for which they modified the false ceilings of rooms). The issue is when he was aware that his hotel rooms were booked for a marriage function, why he did not clean the rooms in advance? When at night we shifted the hotel (Friday - 24th), we were told cleaning cannot be done now as the staff is not available. Next day, when I requested the owner couple of times to clean the rooms and questioned as to why he did not clean the room and hall in advance, he started making excuses. Ultimately, we have to run behind the cleaning staff to get the room cleaned. If someone is looking for a hotel room and is reading reviews, please don't book this hotel. You can book rooms in Neelgiri which is 200 meters away from this pathetic hotel. To Owner - Improve the quality and service otherwise shutdown your hotel.

We had an engagement party there The service was terrible Menu was different than what we had chosen No sense of talking or serving to the staff Management was rude Rasmalai was all bad and warm Soup was cold Washroom was broken In short don't waste your money at this place at all

Third class is not useless Hotel AC does not work, TV does not work, the telephone does not work, wifi does not work, the kitchen is not on, there is nothing to eat, the staff is third class, very stinking room,I could only stay in that room for only 5 minutes in that hotel. And I immediately left that hotel so rubbish behavior of staff owner's behavior was very rubbish nothing is in hotel one single man was off in whole hotel lights a all off wrapped off like this not working tv not working Telephone not working nothing to eat waiter don't know no bluetooth how to book this hotel third class experience

The worst property i have ever visited in my life.cockroach on the side table.No dustbin.Toilet jet leaking and spraying all over.I was denied slippers as it was not available. I had to buy new one from the market.No iron. Laundry providing ironed clothes one day after.TV channels not activated. requested for the same but they did not.Asked for a cup of tea in the morning. I was initially denied for the same and asked to come for breakfast down stairs and have it there. I said i will pay for it only then they sent it to the room.They said buffet breakfast ready but now i am here at the breakfast lounge. They are providing only bread ommelette and paranthas on order.Not worth a rupee.0/10.extremely annoying and sheer waste of money.

Location is good but service is very bad. I think worst hotel in service. Reception will never pick your call. In bathroom taps are not working, torn towels, ac doesn't cool, no ventilation arrangements full suffocation in rooms and many more complaints. Bt manager was neither interested to solve your problems nor he listened issues.

Small room stinks alot. Changed 3 rooms in that hotel with in half hr bcoz of different issues in each room. Tv is there but tata sky not working..

Booked this room for Rs3036 1. Not worth the price 2. Rooms not properly cleaned with insects roaming ( cockroach and makoda) ( spider nets on walls too) 3. Wifi not working and TV also not working even after complaining 4. Even soap was not there in the bathroom and no bathroom slippers provided 5. Very slow service ( received food after 1.5 hours approx) Food was average 6. No table even in the deluxe room 7. In breakfast only Parantha, omlette or toast is available, nothing else. Good points: 1. Central AC Much better rooms are available at half this hotel's price.
