Hotel Parnil Palace - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

One of the best premium Hotels in Guwahati in budget friendly price. Staff are too good. And the food is awesome. They provide free breakfast and most interesting thing is u can choose what u want take as ur breafast from their menu. Rooms are good with limited stuff. U can also have a gud view at night. They always look after cleanliness in the hotel premises. Location is awesome. You can easily find anything which u want in walking distance from the hotel. KFC and Reliance Trends are in fromt of the hotel. U can't have a better stay in this range. You can book it directly or from oyo. Booking is hassle free. At last i just wanna say that it was a nice stay for me.

Amazing stay rooms are very good for the price you pay. Complimentary breakfast is also up to the mark. Just little upgrade on the Chinese menu will be much appreciated. I don't tell there is less option in Chinese but the taste and quality needs to be improved. This is the only flaw i found in this hotel. Rest everything is superb. Go for it if you get a deal under 1600 INR on Oyo or directly from the hotel. You won't be disappointed worth staying.

I stayed for two days with family. Room is spacious. Location wise and service wise it is good .But there is continuous foul smell in washroom which is most uncomfortable. It lasted throughout my stay causing embrassment. Food items doesn't suit vegetarians especially south Indians.except washroom remaining facilities are very good.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is located on the main road so it's not hard to find. When we arrived there was a function going on, hence a lot of noise and activities. After checking-in the room, we found a bag of another person lying there. The staff took it back. Till 12 in the night we couldn't sleep because of all the sounds that were coming (staff cleaning the mess after the function, and people from the next room talking loudly). For the hefty price that we paid, it was definitely not worth it. On second night, we found bed bugs in our room. Really disappointing.

Instead of Parnil Palace, you should name this as Horrible Palace.. My recent stay in this hotel was terrible. Though very often I come to Guwahati and stay other hotels near Paltan Bazar area. This time it was my fault to find a new hotel near to my work Area. I booked this hotel via Make My Trip and paid the entire amount. However when I reached hotel, I find its been booked via OYO Rooms. I checked in at 9:15am on 5th July, they asked me to pay for 30% extra for early check in. I agreed but I requested for a GST bill at the time of check out. Till then it was OK. When I entered in the room, I was shocked, it must not be a hotel with more than 500 INR rent. Very small, very dirty and stinking smell was all over. We quickly got our bath and gave keys to reception and requested to change our room and gone out for official work. Returned in the evening and saw they changed our room just next to the previous room. It was all same. Though we thought its ok we will tolerate for the night and will check out tomorrow morning. In the night we ordered for food, it was same Horrible as the room, I could hardly take only one bite of the food, my room mate didn't even eat a single bite. Next day morning, we went to have breakfast and find a restaurant with some plastic chairs and tables and it was completely dirty. There was only bread and butter, rest all was either empty or its completely cold. We went to have breakfast arround 9am. We took few pieces of bread and came back to room. Now its 10:45am I am sitting in reception area for more than 1 hour and having conversations with their GM and other staff just to get my Bill.. They are making my bill GST bill using Microsoft word and making lots of mistakes in calculations, my name spelling... Still I am waiting and waiting and waiting to get my bill/Tax Invoice more than an hour now.. Don't know what will happen next...

Rooms are good, bathrooms are clean, ambience is also good. Only thing is most of the time there was an issue regarding the cook of their restaurant. So either your desire food from menu card, is not available or no food is available at all....!

They hotel guys spoke to us different terms on the phone saying for children only Rs. 200 for mattresse and then charged almost half room rent extra for a child. We took two rooms and were forced to pay for one more extra room charge. Their duvet covers were not washed, awfully dirty, they didn't give sheets or extra mattress for kids.

Rooms are clean but not well decorated, foods are also good but service are not quick. Hotel location is nice, just walking distance from zoo tiniali. You can stay with confort, staffs are cooperative.
