Good and calm hotel for business & family trips. Surrounding area a bit crowdy and old. Complimentary breakfast was also of good quality. Overall a decent experience. Room service was also quite good.

Ideally located at Secunderabad. Pls world charm is still retained. Rooms are spacious. Rates reasonable. Service little slack. Paradise biryani is walking distance away. Although located at very busy shopping high street but the hustle bustle is not experienced inside the hotel. Definitely recommended place to stay for all.
Good location. Proximity to important commercial places. Room was of good size but still having old window air conditioners making a heavy rattling noise. Couldn't sleep or watch TV because of heavy noise from air conditioner. AC Cooling was also not effective. Bathroom fixtures and bed are old and its time the hotel replace them with new ones.
Good part about this hotel is the location. Rooms are of good dimension as well. But property is not well maintained. Fixtures and items are coming off inside the room. Also, it feels different items in the house were replaced with non-similar things over a period of time. Staff is nice and cordial but they need training on over-all hotel management. Guard was sincere and kept close eye on the vehicle. Each floor should have at least a water point for guests to fill up bottle, and not keep purchasing mineral water. I wish they do some serious introspection and make this place more warm and nice.

A very good place for the food, ambience and the banquet halls. They have banquet halls for 200 capacity and 400 capacity. Well maintained and hygienic. Food tastes absolutely delicious and worthy. Valet parking is also available.
