Rooms too small otherwise everything is very good including staffs.
Staff and service were nice..but rooms are smaller, no almirah, just two small boxes for luggage. Room was deluxe. You can check other rooms, but always see room first.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and quiet. Rooms were clean. Staff and owner was also very nice. Bus-station is very close to the hotel. This is budget-friendly too.

The customer service is extremely bad. The receptionist was very-very rude, kept asking weird questions & made us feel very uncomfortable. Would definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone, especially to girls
Nice hotel. Near to all modes of transportation. I love the food they serve, it is of top quality. Plz must try Kdhayi Paneer, it's too yummy. One thing that i don't like about the hotel is also about food that they only serve vegetarian food. Also there isn't any good non-vegetarian restaurant nearby but you can go to Sama restaurant at bus station if u want to have decent non-veg food which is (300-400) meter away from there. And all other things are great about this hotel. Excellent supportive staff.
Nice Stay. I stayed their with family in Delux room. Rooms are good and spacious if not very big. But then you have Honeymoon suite for larger room. Best part is room is having window so lots of sunlight and fresh air. Location wise just outside railway station (its walkable - 100mts). Perfect for those who want good stay near railway station but at same time you will get lots of traffic noise but not disturbing as not many trains on the route. Yes its value for money after cash back and discount otherwise bit expensive. ATMs are near by. Food is okayish and won't say best but can be ordered if you don't want to try outside. IRON Man is near by but hotel doesn't have any iron or hair driers if you expect one. Geyser and TV are there. Rooms are clean, Towels and toilets are clean. Bedsheets are clean but my Quilt did had many hairs so i asked a replacement and new one was clean. Rooms do not have any smell. Service is little slow at times but staff is good. So overall good experience. I would definitely recommend it.
