*Review as per price of room* Considering the cost, it's very affordable. Good rooms. Recently renovated interiors. Good air conditioning. However, no view. No toiletry. Decent shower. So make sure to bring along your needs. Good for overnight stay and to-do purposes.
01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.03. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep). Wish I could of stayed longer - next time.
I have no idea why this hotel is rated 4.9 on Google. It is not even a 2 in my opinion. There was a constant cigarette smell in the entrance, lobby and all around. Mostly people were smoking in the rooms. The room was very dirty. After asking to clean it 3 times they finally did it. It was noisy all the time, the noise from the lobby and reception was heard loud and clear in the room. They did not even have chilled mineral water, tea was pathetic and they don't have any food option. All in all I won't be recommend it.
