Pros - Centrally Located. Rooms are good sized. Surroundings are quiet. Cons - Couldn't get hot water, Service is so painfully slow that you'd rather go out and come back faster than the room service. And it's expensive - a basic tea would set you back by Rs80
I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was mixed. The rooms were decent, but I felt they were overpriced, especially considering other nearby options offer better value. The hotel staff didn't seem interested in returning customers, as when I called for a room on my way back from Kedarnath, they immediately declined, while I found available rooms on Make My Trip. Additionally, the food choices were limited and quite expensive. Overall, I would recommend exploring other accommodations in the area for a more satisfying stay.
Avoid if you plan to park the car at hotel premises. Car parking is an issue at the hotel. Cars were parked one after the another in parking at night. The guard who was supposed to assist in the parking simply asked to take the car back. There is an odd hinge which was not caught in the camera and parking sensor where my car hit and the rear glass broke. The guard was rude too. The next morning receptionist help me in covering the car window somehow with tape and black polythene bags . He was polite an nice. Breakfast was nice. The rooms had old furniture and the washroom had webs. Overall I will not recommend and avoid the hotel.

Good Property, peaceful location and very close to Rajpur Road and Clock Tower. Food is a little expensive but view from rooftop restaurant is very nice. You can actually see mussoorie from there. Thanks !
It's very near to clock tower, not in any narrow lane. Rooms are also nice and clean.
Overall experience is gud ...quick service.... location is in the middle of the city.... traffic jam issue to reach location...on the other hand gud for those who are shopaholic...nearby market...

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.
