A very nice team of hotel industry which is in average rate but can give everything at comfortable level of requirement but not at very or excited level. Its very good which match the price and infrastructure of the service and stay requirement in this hotel..

The room had no sunlight. The mobile network is also limited. I had to use mobile hotspot but didn't get got signal. They do provide WiFi but public access is not safe . The water in the dispenser was tap water. The area is good for shopping lovers. If you want early breakfast it is available in a nearby south Indian outlet. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast before 9:00 am. However you can get tea early. The tea is ok, the quantity is good. You can expect 2 cups of tea when you order a cup of tea. Overall it was ok experience.

Value for money hotel in Karol Bagh area. Approximately 250 meters from Karol Bagh Metro station. Shopping market is just 50 meters away. Hotel has 3 types of rooms. Couple room, Maharaja room and Pink suite. All rooms are good in size. 240 sq meters or more. Clean rooms. Bathrooms need to be more clean. Bathtub is available. Hot water available 24 hours a day. All the basic room supplies and bathroom supplies are provided. Hotel does not have own restaurant. But they provide 24 hours room service. And the food is delicious.

Great place to stay near NDLS station... The rooms are well maintained and the restaurant is not that big but the food is okay... The hotel address shown in maps is not accurate... It is situated in Karol bagh... To get here without any trouble first find the "Punjabi sweet corner" from there the park view is visible. To reach here you'll get autos at ndls station within 80 Rs and to your surprise you'll see more foreigners staying here than Indians in this hotel. Facilities: - Newspaper - hot water - AC and room heaters also - Bedsheets,bath towels, soaps, shampoo,shoe cleaners etc Moreover all the amenities are better when compared to others... And the warm welcoming of the staff makes you this hotel your favorite of all time... Happy holidays... Party hard....

pros: 1. locality is inside busy karol bagh shopping streets so i would rate 50%. U can spend a lot of time doing usual delhi type shopping here itself. 2. can find lot of nice restaurants. 3. staffs are helpful . 4, They have room service(for breakfast/food) as well. 5. Did not ask for Wifi so no idea about availability. 6. All basic needs are there in room like sopoa/ac/dustbin/news paper/tissue/clean towel/hair dryer. 7. travelled as family and could not feel anything wrong so can be advisable to others. Cons: 1. Bit of old structure and almost no ventilation. 2. all four sides of building is having almost kinda common wall with neighbour building. 3. if u are young couple or even bother-sister they treat and ask so many disgusting question and their typical delhi style pinching statements u will feel to leave the hotel immediately. Lack of common sense and hight of stupidness they show thinking they are the smartest human **. I just ask 1 simple question "in india is it wrong to stay in hotel with a girl??" even after i spoke to them multiple times for some needs e.g. extra bed that i might need for my mom or giving my current train running status or asking them to direct the auto driver to locate the hotel the type of questions put by them is just insane and humiliating (if u can understand from their style of talk or looks they give). Apart from that everything was ok and can be suggested.but be aware if you are young couple or even cousins/siblings ->better pay some extra bucks and take some reputed hotel. Never faced this kinda behaviour in my 4 years of post marriage travel.

Provided room at 4 floor ,No lift and not having room number on the door its written on wall while climbing steps from 3 rd floor to 4 floor that its a private area/ Rooms.Its seems to be a private room which is used by owner of the hotel to stay is provided to us. Room given to us is altered in a such a way that inside the room there is one more door which is locked it seems to be a passage to near by room at same floor. floors are not good. bath room and toilets are very very small. Its rained about 15 minutes during our stay in hotel ,there is a huge huge sound came from Air condition box .Later we came know that sound came due to rain drops falls on Air condition setup box kept outside. its very noisy .one can not sleep at night if there is a continuous rain over night we had booked room with Complimentary breakfast. But there is no Buffy systems.provided exact number of plates based on number of adults in a room. they provided 2 coupon for 2 adult that means we can order only two plates of single item. they provided 2 plates BF as per 2 coupon for 2 adult. suppose for example if i require extra single Idly for my 2 year old kid its extra chargeable. Its doesn't meet my basic expectations.Not worth for money.
