It's a very good hotel. And the recipient are very soft heart
our stay was at best average at this hotel. the room which they provided to us after check in was lacking in cleanliness. moreover it did not match the images. so we asked it to be changed and they shifted us to a supposedly better room with balcony. the first day then went off fine. but on second day of our stay we faced a major issue as there was no water in the bathroom. we had to wait for an hour before it could be sorted out. even after that we did not get any hot water from the hot water tap and had to take bath in another room.this resulted in missing out on some important sites like bee falls for which we had purchased entry tickets from the museum. TV also was worthless and only one free channel was available. on the positive side the room was quite spacious and airy. breakfast also was fresh and provided at a reasonable rate. the furniture in our room seemed old and plaster peeled off from the wall in some places. most of the staff lacked professionalism.Pros:- room size, locationCons:- unprofessional staff,lack of cleanliness
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Extremely cooperative owners & helpful staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We had a great four nights at this hotel located near market yet not a noisy place and easy walking distance to all the sites. Overall pricing and experience of hotel is very satisfactory.
The owner was good and helpful however the caretaker or the receptionist was rude.
The rooms were clean and good. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Their chef was ill and unavailable but still the staff tried well.
Suitable location, near market yet not a noisy place. Extremely cooperative owners, helpful staff. Rooms are good, hygiene is good, room service is also good. Hot water available anytime as storage water heaters are installed in bathrooms. Food at in-house restaurant is really tasty, all vegetarian. One may order non-veg food from nearby restaurant. Overall pricing and experience of hotel and restaurant is very satisfactory.

The hotel is located in Arvind marg Pachmarhi. It is approximately 100 metres from bus stand and 1.5 kms from Jatashankar caves. It is a good hotel but do not book it online. Online prices are very high while on spot booking gives you better discounts.
