Hotel Park Square - Hotel in Purnia - Purnia, India

I had been a part of a family function there yesterday. Hall was booked. Food quality was good. I would rather give low rating due to the behaviour of restaurant/food supervisor. 1. There was no decoration available on stage, obviously that is required. Hotel must provide it. I have seen he was allowing flowers decorators of his choice, reason given by him not acceptable. That was more expensive than others. Owner please note it. 2. He was saying that above 50 persons, no Hall charges will be taken. We booked firstly for 40 person, but later during party it reached 50. We requested to not to charge the Hall charges, but he did not agree. We paid it. 3.Lastly, he refused to take home the part of remaining food items like sweets etc. of our choice, that is also not a big deal for hotel, yet he did not allow. My experience was not good.

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel, The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were neat and clean. Staff was really supportive and They served custom food as per our special request which was amazing. Thank you so much

My experience was amazing. I had sea food which was really amazing. Rooms are enough big and comfortable. Reception staff was too good and they all smile always which is amazing. Special thanks to Manager he is extremely helpful.

I did not expect such a good hotel in Purnia. Me and my wife stopped here while going to Darjeeling. It was worth staying. Good decor and service. My wife said the curtains were selected with good choice.

Just don't believe on fake reviews, I'm a local here and visited thrice and I can only say that management is absolutely terrible, the food was somehow ok ambiance is also good. They need well trained staffs and a good manager. the funny thing was that after complaining, they have guts to ask me for a review.

Great food... good hotel with the price , Rooms are clean and with all mentioned amenities., Breakfast is what we liked ... It was fresh and qualitative.

Nice restaurant to dine in with friends and family. The staffs were helpful. It's budget friendly also not that much expensive. So you can go without thinking much. Your hotel staff sumith Kumar is very potencial man. His nature very good .
