Very uncomfatable and weird experince. The whole hotel is about to demolish and every wall is demaged because of damping of walls and whole hotel is stinking because of damping ... every where they are using piller balli fhante to support celling .non of the rooms phone is working so when you need somthing either you have to call them with your phone or you have to go the rception and staff is full of stupid people they are not listing you properly when you ask for water they will give you towel .. Dont waste your money and time with this hotel and one more thing they put pic of this hotel when it was recentaly open

Worst experience. The building is very old and dirty. No cleanliness at all. The wooden staircase is worn-out. Rooms are dirty and and old and requires painting. Tv is not working and worst is there is No response from hotel guys. They don't provide bottle water for drinking. Totally not worth for rs 2200 they charge. Maximum we can give rs 500.

Hotel is located on busy street of Mumbai and very well accessible. It's having very small but clean rooms and for given price, it's value for money. You should opt to eat out as it's bit pricey if ordered through room service.

Although the facilities in the hotel is a bit out of date but it is more than made up by the excellent attitude of the very helpful staff especially the manager Mr.Pradeep Sharma who went out of the way in trying to make us feel comfortable. I will recommend this hotel purely because of the exceptional service.

Fairly Ok. It's a budget hotel, so can't expect much. As with budget hotels, the room size was just fair enough for two people. There was a mini fridge with water bottles and soft drinks. The room that we got had two separate beds. The problem area was the bathroom. The flush wasn't working, so we needed to pour water using the bucket. The shower too was wierd; water was sprouting out from the sides, or the rim of the shower surface. There was no water from the central area resulting in hardly any water hitting the body. Again had to use the bucket for bathing. The other thing is, they were asking too many questions at the reception while checking in. They were asking the purpose of the visit, and the places that we will be travelling, and things like that. It kind of annoyed me; none of their business.

The room was nice and clean, only cold water tough. The staff was a bit slow, but polite. There was a fridge with water and sprite (extra cost, of course). We managed to negotiate a lower price also. Overall, a nice experience.

The only ups of this hotel is its proximity to major business and tourist destinations in South Mumbai, like Nariman Point, Colaba, CST, Mumbai Port, Gateway of India, etc. Another reason is it is located at a safe area and not so congested area, where you can move around without any fear. However, apart from this the hotel has nothing great to say about. Here I am pointing a few: 1) The hotel service staff are really of poor quality 2) You have to call them several times to provide u something 3) The reception staff are no better. At the time of check-in, they don't brief about do n don't 4) On the first day I got the breakfast at 10.30 that too when I asked the reception. 5) They claim they have a kitchen but I doubt the claim. Because when for the first time I ordered a tea, I didn't get it served even after an hour and many calls to reception n service guys 6) They claim to be a 3* (THREE STAR) property which is absolutely untrue. Because it doesn't had basic amenities like an elevator, even no racks to store soaps in washroom, no bathroom mattress, and even they don't provide bath towels, you have to ask for it Travel tips 1) The hotel tariff is over priced, hence book it if you get hefty discount like I got through GoIbibo 2) Care safety locks with you as the hotel receptionist ask for room keys every time you leave the room. So ensure u keep your belongings in a suitcase and lock it to ensure nothing goes missing in your absence 3) They don't have a restaurant so avoid delays have your food outside. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby at much cheaper price. There is one decent value for money food canteen, called Shakti is located nearby it service delicious food 4) Don't ask the room service guy to buy liquor, they will charge extra n take ages to serve. Liquor shops are nearby n even bars at different price point 5) The only goodies of this hotel is they have a mini refrigerator in the room 6) It is safe to stay with family 7) Ask to get a room on first floor. If not in worst case ground floor as the rooms on second floor are tiny n no lifts Should you good for this 1) Yes! but if you get more than 30% discount on their tariff 2) N it is located at a good location n the locality is safe n well connected n known to most of the taxi drivers Travel trip 1) Now there are quiet a few call taxis like Ola, Uber, Taxi4Sure r available in Mumbai but don't take their service as these taxi drivers are not much aware of many of the localities. If u know ur route go for them else prefer Yellow- Black or Blue taxis. It will help you to save on time n money

hotel is located near to mumbai central railway station. rooms are very small for two persons. cleanliness is maintained. food is on the costlier side. but many eateries are available nearby lyk dominos etc. the man on reception is a decent guy...I forgot his name though I asked him. overall it was a decent stay @ park Hilton
