Hotel Park Residency - Hotel in Kakkanad - Ernakulam, India

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Had the worst experience of service, cleanliness and staff attitude. No response for multiple calls and concerns raised. They focus only on bar and the rooms are not been considered part of their business. Too costly for the service provided. Was even asked by one of the cleaning staff if rooms are needed to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Very poor service and untidy room with poor airconditioning provided. When complaint was raised from our side they behaved to us like local goons. They told it's their premisis and they can only behave like this. Instead of resolving our concerns they told us to vaccate the room. Very disgusting attitude from manager and front staff.

Most disgusting place I had ever been. The washroom attendant is demanding considerable amount of money for toilet cleaning which is their duty. They are extorting money like goons. Very pathetic service. Never recommended.

It was really the worst experience that I've ever had. We were soo tired after going to wonderla and booked the room 507 at park residency when we reached there they told us that they did not get a booking and delayed our check in for quite some time and gave us a twin bed room for us couples. and the ac stopped working after an hour after our checking and an hour later the power went out too at 1 o clock in the middle of the night. this is really frustrating that we were soo tired at the time and the behaviour of the staffs were also not pleasant not only that the bathroom was smelly . sheets had stains . I would never recommend any couples to take this room. don't be mesmerized by the name park residency it was really a bad experience for mewe were tired and the power went out at the middle of the night and the ac stopped working 1 hour before that. they did not give us another room and electritions were comming at our room in the middle of the night

People who are going to drink have to be afraid of goons here..... The experience my friend and I had the other day was very distressing..... We even got a chance to be beaten up by the security and staff..... My friend took 500 rupees for vomiting in the toilet and was ready to assault them. ....... Those who go to bars to drink alcohol beware.....

I didn't like anything. This place was so disgusting. Rooms where dirty and about customer service, the staffs where very rude, every one this hotel was arrogant and don't know how to behave worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY and i don't know how they got 3.9 rating

Hotel Is well maintained with good ambience, staffs are polite.I had a Buffet lunch worth Rs 425.Juice was given as a welcome drink. Food is unlimited.

Pathetic experience ever with this hotel.While checking out they charged me extra for snacks that I haven't actually taken from the room and billed it too. How can a hotel team be that careless!! Awful experience
