I had booked a suite room but the way it's kept is really horrible. The fan makes really creaky noise. No clean towels, and not worth it. Really disappointed by the way the hotel manager behaves. Need to pull out your luggage by yourself room check inn to check out. The rooms are empty except bed and a tv. And there are mosquitoes around so be ready with your own mosquito repellent... I request not to visit this hotel. The only thing is the location which is in the heart of the city. I give this hotel rating as 1 star.
Booked a suit room. The AC stopped working at midnight. Complained it but couldn't get it fixed. The elevator sensor isn't working which almost got my hand stuck. The hotel manager Vivek is such an unapologetic rude man when discussed about it.

Please try to avoid this if you can, location is only its advantage. There is no service at all. The bathrooms don't have minimum facilities. The breakfast is not that up to mark and it is only limited. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location for the casinos as it is very nearby them. You have to order your food through zomato or swiggy. They have only limited staff for the service.
Stay in the property for 1 day and thankfully it was 1 day, paid Rs 5500 for this hotel and they don't have anything except soap. Not even the basic things that these days even the 2 star hotels give. Please don't waste your money booking this property
its basically a lodge with premium rates because of the location near the city centre. will avoid it in future
The rating should be negative. Most 3rd class Hotel ever visited in Goa. The management person don't know how to speak with their Guests.And uses language as uncivilised and illiterate person. Don't ever spoil your holiday by booking this hotel
