The rooms were a little small and stuffy with unwanted furniture. Removing this should take care of it. The service guys were very kind and helpful. Washroom at the restaurant was untidy early in the morning with water issues. While the staff is sensible improving the infrastructure is the need of the hour.
Worst place to stay. They charge too much and don't provide any services.
We booked room for 2 and they gave us a tiny room with only one towel and no hand towels at all.
Wifi doesn't connect, tv doesn't work and there is no room service too, we can't make a call to them from the phone provided in the room.
Restaurant is very costly, they charge not less than any 3 star hotel but lack basic things...like they don't provide spoon and fork in their breakfast. How can they forget to keep such things?For each and everything we have to call and ask them.
These people should not forget that they are not doing any charity here because they behave as if they are doing it for free for us.
I will not recommend it to anyone.currently I'm staying here and the network is also very poor. What more we want for a happy stay
Room is okay. Cleanliness is not good. Food costs are very high, not at all worth for the hotel.
This hotel is just 2 star rating but their rates are almost 5 star range.
No tissues, no clean bathrooms, no proper breakfast.
If you order any dish from their menu, every dish tastes the same and looks the same. For example paneer do pyaza and paneer chatpata are one and the same but they say both are different curries. If we order something else they simply say its not available.
I have visited on 13th August 2023 for Sunday lunch buffet. Price was 599 per adult, items were less and place was very congested, more over there was time limit for buffet that is only 1hr we can stay. Waste of money. Even staff were also very negligent behaviour. They will be in hurry to send you off saying they are busy.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
