HOTEL PARK LAND - Hotel in Balangir - Balangir, India

Im from Mizoram and very pleased with the hotel and also the employee. The receptionist Sanjay is a proffessionl which represent the hostel and he help every coustomer every possible way he can. Overall perfect and recomend for other to stay.

It was fantastic stay with my family...enjoyed a lot lot lot...Staffs were very very helpfull....Sanjay bhai was so nice to us...he fulfilled all our Needs....

Hotel is good.Service is excellent. Front office executive Sanjay Naik's behavior and service is appreciable.

First of all the room was good. Neat and clean. The ambiance was also ok. The worst food not only in the hotel but in the entire Balangir food quality is downgraded. The ingredients and rations are used completely below substandard. Behavioural pattern of staff ok but they do not wait till you complete your food but in between drag your plates. Never try breakfast here. It seems Puri and Bara were cooked using non edible oil (perhaps Mobil oil). Using idly you can break one's head. Sambar was black in colour instead of mild reddish colour, the actual colour of sambar.

DONOT GO !! Went for dining. Major problems faced are : 1. WAITERS were busy and couldn't respond to us. 2. Took 20 mins to call them and note our orders down. Coz they weren't sure what we were ordering could be prepared or not. 3. Took additional 50 mins to bring the ordered food. 4. PRICE is TOO HIGH 5. FOOD is NOT TASTY. Rather BLAND. 6. Ordered lemon soda. They just brought soda without any garnishing. No lemon flavour or any flavour. Just PLAIN SODA and charged as per Raye Chart. The salt and sugar wasn't even mixed up. 7. Water bottle is Rs 40 (MRP Rs 20). 8. Staff behaviour is RUDE.

I stayed in this hotel 10 days...I had a wonderful experience....Staffs are very very polite...Thank you so much Sanjay babu...u made my stay experienced...ur hospitality is just memorable....will visit again soon

Love to remember the stay and attained JCI meeting at Hotel Park Land .Room is so comfortable.The service of the whole team is out standing!Special thanks to go out to Sanjay always being so kind and going the "extra mile with smile !What was needed He was ready to short it out with smile .. This is the top class hotel in Bolangir I felt....Location also is fine ...Buffet dish was mouth watering..I liked the sweet very much....
