Hotel Park Lagoon - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

I visited a hotel recently and was impressed with how clean and well-decorated it was. The best part was that the beach was just a few steps away, which made it very convenient. The rooms were also great as they provided essential amenities such as a TV, AC, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe with a mirror, a balcony, a food menu, and room service via telephone. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I visited the hotel recently. There was couple of pros and cons that I have noticed Pros: 1. Near to sea beach 2. Standard price compared to the location 3. Beautiful Neeladri beach park nearby which is well mentioned 4. Well decorated room 5. Do room cleaning daily basis Cons: 1. Management & maintenance is not good. They even don't check hotel room condition before check-in. 2. Water heater will not work most of the time even after complaint they don't fix it immediately. 3. No cheaper restaurant nearby. Atleast need to travel 1-1.5km to get any. 4. No regulator for ceiling fan. No AC remote to control. 5. Faced toilet flush problem at 3pm and plumber guy came at 9pm to repair. 6. Hotel is not safe at all on thunderstorm. Due to that lots of electrical item got damaged. Produced a huge spark and sound from ceiling fan. 7. Food menu book price and bill price didn't get matched. While I asked to the reception they mentioned that those are old rate so I get surprised. 8. Due to lightening hotel lift get stuck middle of 1st and ground floor and it was too hard to come out of the lift. Even no one noticed until we started to shout. 9. They will ignore small request as well like extra plate, ice cube etc. There was lot more experience but I thought to provide a brief in my comment. I feel they will take action on this.

The best part about the hotel is it's location, just 50 meters from Niladri beach. Also the price is justified, 2000 for 3 people. Room service is also nice and the staff is responsive and polite.

Next to Niladri beach. Hotel claims for parking but has road side parking. Though checkout time shows as 11 am in some travel portals their actual checkout is at 8. They have a good restaurant. Hotel is not well maintained. Rooms are ok but appliances and bathrooms fixtures had issues.

Hello Folks, I would suggest everyone to give a little importance to my review as I am writing this very honestly because I have recently been to this hotel. 1. Location is good because it is in walking distance (100m) from Niladri Beach. Niladri beach is almost 2 kms away from Swargodwar which is the hub of Pune and the main crowd magnet. 2. Room service is extremely poor. I booked this hotel by looking at the photos which it has share in the web or other hotel booking websites but mind it, it is not at all like that. We were provided with extremely dirty bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket etc. Room was not at all clean and the bathroom is very poor. Continuous water leakage, and simply not up to the mark. Balcony was dirty. Cupboard was dirty. When I asked for changing the bed sheet they said that their bed sheet changing person has gone, and that too in the afternoon. On top of that it was a weekend which is supposed to be the peak hour. So just note it down, in one word this is a dirty hotel with minimum services. 3. I haven't tried their restaurant because there was no food at 11:30 AM so I had to go to another hotel which is 1 KM away. Literally, they couldn't provide anything while I asked for anything which is available as we just arrived there and was very hungry. 4. No mineral water available 5. Reception people do not pick up phone. 6. There is No Parking facility available here. It's a road side parking. Although, the hotel claims that they have parking facility. The list will keep on increasing if I start putting the points here. Hope you guys got the point which I want to say. The only good point about this hotel is that it is near to Niladri Beach. They charged 2200/- for my room but I can tell you that this is not worth more than 800/-. The only reason for which I had to stay here because I had paid them full amount while booking online else, I would have preferred to stay in some other hotel. This mistake I did by looking at their photos which they have shared everywhere. I am sharing few reality in the photo

Hotel was very good. Staff behavior was good. Food was quite good. The location was fine and the sea was visible from the hotel. value for money.

Situated in a fascinating location. Beautiful Niladri beach is only 1 min walking distance from hotel. Rooms are good comparing to tariff.

Honest Review : Excellent location(walking distance from Niladri beach),Superb Hospitality specially by Mr Behara the way he serves yummy food is like family. But the problem is with the maintenance . No maintenance by the owner at all. Untidy sheets..Rust over the taps... Spiders....Loud noise coming from Ac in night. Giving 3 star just because of location food and staffs. Very Poor maintenance
