Booked the room through the phone. The guy at reception denied entry and replied that the room is not available. At least there should be a professional guy at reception, he could manage customers, because the first impression is the last impression. Sorry, but definitely will not look back to this place again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Park Horizon! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was attentive to all my needs. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The food was very good as well, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. While I didn't have access to Wi-Fi, it turned out to be a pleasant break from the digital world. Overall, a great experience!

Worst service ever! Stayed for two nights for a wedding, serving water into the rooms was taking at least an hour for them, at the end we had to ask them to serve us mineral water bottles at cash payment. Room cleaning service wasn't available, waiters were rude. Room no. 105, was the worst, AC doesn't work at all. No refills were given nor the fresh towels. Sorry to say but our stay wasn't pleasant at all. If booked for larger groups be aware of the services given to the guests. Not recommendable for groups or weddings.

Place is good but no personal parking available

The place and food are really excellent Ambience is inviting and peaceful. The tables are placed at appropriate distance which makes it roomy The staff gives proper attention and explains every dish politely. The service is fast too. The food tastes great, it's fresh with good meal portion. they have a huge variety of Indian main course The rates can be reduced a bit.
