This hotel have 3 different outlets inside. Elegant Family Restaurant is the place where I took dinner and stunned with the taste. It was super awesome. Located at Teenbati More in Siliguri this is a super amazing restaurant. One must try. It offers all kinds of meal i.e Veg and Non Veg. Accept all kinds of payments. Parking is there on road. Overall I totally satisfied with the tastes and service. Ambience is also very good. 10 on 10.
Food is good. Rooms are decent at this price. There is a communication gap between staff. But they are friendly and professional. Everybody tries to help. Food is great..Rates are acceptable..

Unclean. Service was extremely poor. Nobody responding to our requests. Rude replies. And on top of it, owner keeping mum or taking their side. At Dinner, waiter refused to give a katori for dal and insisted on taking dal directly on rice. No katori for Rasgulla also. Waiter insisted on giving it on tissue paper. Extremely funny experience. Will never go again.
