Curtains are almost transparent also the window glass, so privacy is a concern in rooms facing the street.door locks are messed. 1300 rs for non ac room and the room doesnt even have a tv.service is okay.
For some reason this hotel thinks it is acceptable to carry out construction work at 1am, drilling and grinding, hammering away all night without any consideration for their guests or neighbours. An absolute disgrace. They should be avoided at all costs.
Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.just loved it!

A big let down. Room was a complete disaster, walls were moist with cracks. Horrible service and they really don't care about the customers, very poor management. At the heart of Fort kochi, a stay like this could be improved very well. There is no electricity generator when the power goes off. Door locks are broken. Wouldn't suggest.

e) no tv provided in deluxe room but it is mentioned in amenities that tv will be provided
f) no landline phone to communicate to reception
g) no room cleaning
h) beds will break ur back as it the springs are evidently harming ur sleep
j) filled with mosquitoes
not recommended at any rates to anyone
i would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service and care i received.. excellent facilities and amazing location in the heart of the old town with lovely cafes around ..we had a spacious room with a balcony..comfortable beds...couldn't find any faults..
