We had a pleasant stay. The owner Mr Ansari was so helpful. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. Walkable distance from railway station.

Service is great. Both owner and his brother are quite friendly and they offered us with lot of local information and guidance on the best time and places to visit. Coming to rooms, they are spacious and clean. Bedspreads were new and was changed in front of us. Rooms were clean before even we went there and cleaned on need basis too. Cons: Hot water supply is only on specific timings in the morning. Parking is very tight and in open space. No lift facility.

Ideal if you arrive and leave by train and need to spend a night close to the railway station. It also has a wide variety of affordable eateries around it. However, it's not value for money at all. If you want a quiet and clean room you must look elsewhere. If you are a light sleeper you may be troubled by the noise from the busy street below, the announcements from the railway station and the Adhan from the nearby mosque. The triple-room cots were adequate but the bed linens didn't look fresh. There was black mold on the bathroom door, dirt in the washbasin corner and a fresh cobweb on the shower. The old cathode-ray TV and the single chair and the school room table in the room definitely don't match the room tariff either. Take care to advance book only through reliable online hotel booking sites which allow cancellation and issue refund. Prior payments for direct advance booking is not at all advisable as even a one month's notice for cancellation won't entail a refund. Another risk in direct advance booking is the volatility in room tariff.

It's a budget hotel but the rooms are nice and clean. I only met the employee on checkin, conversation in English was difficult but he was very helpful and did his best. As soon as you arrive you can be sure that the owner will come to the hotel and make sure you have a nice stay. Very nice man, interesting talks and 5 stars service! I had a breakfast included in my booking...I ended up with a breakfast big enough for 3 people just for me!! The employee at night is also very friendly. The owner will be able to recommend places for you to eat around. Recommend this place 100%

The rooms are comfortable. They allowed early check-in at no extra cost and provided a discount on our overall bill. They also helped us make our travel plans to see the nearby attractions, as well as our trip to Pune. The owners are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We stayed in the "family double room (non ac)" and this was what exactly what we needed to visit Aurangabad and its neighbourhood. Calm, clean, big room and good wi-fi. Many restaurants on the Bhapkar avenue along. Hotel reachable within 5 minutes walking from train station. Helpful staff who arranged us a rickshaw to Ellora caves and a bus to Indore. My first impression wasn't good as the room wasn't ready by my arrival, but once Mr Ahmed Ansari arrived everything was put in place. The rooms are decent, nothing fancy but comfortable. They confirmed promptly on my last min booking, allowed early check-in (4:30am) at no extra cost, provided discount on our overall bill. Ansari even courtesy called to check on us when we were late from our visit to Lonar. The only con is lack of hot water in the evening, but they provided that for 30 min on request. Note: There are cheaper and good rooms available in the vicinity. If you care for good service and online booking, pick this place.

Tres bon rapport qualite prix ! Le lieu est propre, l'eau est chaude et le proprietaire bienveillant et tres accueillant ! Le lieu est tres pratique car il se situe juste a cote de la gare et juste a cote du super restaurant indien kailash. Je recommande sans hesiter !
