The location of this hotel is very remote, staff is not well trained, they are illiterate as far as accounts or invoicing is concerned.
The rooms are very stinky, full of odor due to seepage, they tend to show u rooms with such condition only.
To have a transportation facility is a big question mark. Language is also one of the barrier as most of the are staff from Assam.
I strongly Donot recommend this hotel. High price compared to facilities, location and room maintenance.
receptionist/manager straight up said please call up ahead of time when you book as they charge more than what i had paid for a room using oyo. later on the electricity was out for 2 hours and the whole day there was no water in the bathroom and no water was provided by the staff as well. I and my friend checked in this hotel via the agoda app. We were given a room in the ground floor, which did not have a pair of overhead lights.
Very disappointing room service, they would not come to your room when you complain regarding certain facilities not functioning properly.
There is no complimentary breakfast, and very high prices of food stuffs. The attitude shown by the manager was never endearing. They have a very poor vehicle parking lot, crowded by poultry.
Not much facilities are present near it, for which there is peace in that area. Wifi fluctuates like anything over there, and they would never correct it.

this Hotel is Scam just run away. I booked a room here through mmt and the manager started asking for extra money though I already paid and booked the amount. he said that because you booked the room in a discounted rate you need to pay the remaining price or you won't be getting the room and he was rude while telling that.
This is a legal offence and the hotel owner, Oyo MakeMyTrip should be sued for unfair legal practice. if they can't provide room for the price they list in website they shouldn't be doing that. This caused me unnecessary trouble and MakeMyTrip just moved my booking to shut me up.

The hotel rooms and facilities are not upto my expectations. The room was really small and congested. Being located on the outskirts near the industrial area is yet another disadvantage of this hotel. There is no means of transportation and one could hardly find anything nearby. Even on paying for breakfast, it won't be served on time. Also, they will charge you extra when you ask them to serve you breakfast in the room. The staff here is disconnected and unfriendly. Pathetic Service. Highly disappointed!
I booked room in Oyo app for 780 rs in offer price, when I went to check the hotel,the manager said the offer is from Oyo,here you will not get room, because he said the base price of hotel is 1300 rs, manager did not help anything,last if Oyo gave me 780 rs room in offer in your hotel,this is not our(or customer)lookout, your hotel is tieup with Oyo, whoever had booked In this hotel, everyone was sitting outside,it was told by the manager that extra charge would have to be paid,last i spoke to Oyo customer care they gave me transfer booking to nearest hotel
