Perfect location. But there's a lot of scope for improvement. Starting from services they provide. Breakfast has multiple options and taste is good. Rooms need better cleaning. Overall a so-so experience. And yes, the view from the rooms is pretty good.

This hotel is just average. I was provided with a room where TV was not functional. I complaint the next morning, it started to switch on by evening but no channels were coming. Toilet was also just ok, flush button was getting stuck couple of times and was not fixed even post complaining. Lighting was inadequate on room. When anyone visit hotel of this class, these issues are basics and there should not be a need for guests to complain - staff should know and correct proactively. Only good part I felt about this hotel was breakfast and location.

This is okaish hotel! Do not go there thinking it is 4 star! You might not get that kind of cleanliness. Room service and HK was good. Ac is big problem in this hotel, I had to change my room at middle of the night as it was not working properly. Reception is also full of bad smell. Do not even think to go there assuming they might provide early check-in. I reached there around 8, I was asked to pay for early check-in. Overall you do not get nice vibes, better to book at 3 star property of well known and established brands.

Worst experience ever! Rude staff.. Mr.Abhilash Nair and Prashant Pandey are big liars on the front desk. They will lie about everything and then will charge you for it.Get training to how to behave & talk with customers. Never visit this hotel if you want to spoil you stay. There are many good hotels that offer good hospitality than this. Zero star.

Disappointed!! Was greeted warmly during check in. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff was courteous. Disappointment starts here.. They ask us to pay extra cos according the rooms booked are single occupancy. Though booked for family.. Rooms were nice..spacious and clean. House keeping staff ready to help. Morning trauma.. Breakfast spread needs to be improved and especially the food quality .. Staff to slow for service. Pool on roof top.. No one to attend.. No safety concern.. Not at all kids friendly place. Requesyed the staff for time extension as kids were asleep.. But to vain..Told to vacate room immediately and staff was already at door to collect baggages. Or pay extra now.. Won't suggest for a stay with family or friends.. In so many years seen such rude incompetent behavioir for first time by a hotel reception.

Overall, it is an average experience. Plus point Rooms are good swimming pool Gym Breakfast Minus Poor hospitality - staff will not take your luggage and even ask Make you wait even if you had informed about the early check-in

Very nice place to stay,for functions etc.,needs little care for house keeping.

Excellent Hotel. Service &Food was also Excellent. Staff is quite Polite.
