Nice and cooperative staff and owner. Food was really very yummy. Best for stay and food. I had 2 night stay with my 2 year baby. And they are really great. They provide milk for baby anytime. Nice amenities to play for kids

In my recent stay at Hotel Paramount, I encountered several disappointments. The service was worst, with unclean bedsheets that were not promptly replaced despite my request. The food quality fell short of expectations, and the morning breakfast was delayed beyond the specified time. I'll suggest don't visit here anytime.

It was awesome experience. Service was very good. Friendly staff. All were very co-operative. Food was also good. There was prompt service. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay in Paramount hotel.

I was accepting a good stay but it ended up very bad. No proper maintaince of the property. Room which was alloted, the whole roof was leaking and the room was wet throughout are stay. Washroom had the same situation water droplets were dropping down. No proper management too. I would not recommend this hotel, there are much better stays available. Food was okay okay not great or bad but definitely have misal from materan market.

Nice place...good spacious place they have in the premises... Enough place to sit, walk, play . The children can swing, there are children's area. Jain foods are also available. There is also a swimming pool ...

It's perfectly located and built well. 1. Horrid maintainence. Bathrooms and rooms musty and dirty. Sheets etc filthy. 2. Both managers do nothing. Just 2 staff who do their best to help. 3. Asked to pay full before check in. 4. When asked to refund / pack a dry lunch, informed that they don't have a kitchen. 5. Veg meals but extremely average. 6. Have to stick to their hurried timings.

Amazing place to stay with family in Matheran! The rooms are kept clean and the staff is accomodating of guests requests. They made our stay comfortable as we were travelling with a 2 year old and that too in the rainy season. Big spacious area, good veg food and cooperative staff. Must visit.

Very disappointed! no value for money.. rooms are not same as they shown in pictures. without AC you cannot survive in closed room. Smelly and dirty room. All the corners of room, bed linen, tv table, glass, door mat, bathroom washbasin, commode, everything was dirty, not enough flow of hot water.. no cleanliness ..no soap or handwash in bathroom. they provide dirty smelled stained room.. Dining hall is not cleaned food quality was very poor...tasteless and oily food.. no proper management for food counter.. you need to wait for next serving for half hour. staff was not co-operative.. very arrogant behavior. Do not go by the pictures on the website...it may have had a better past, but surely no future. some staff were very rude and was not giving privacy time to our gang of friends in the lobby. Overall, it was a frustrating experience about hotel and their management. Pls do not visit this place. Don't waste your hard earn money, time & energy. if you are looking for relaxed and peaceful trip in Matheran take other options and avoid this place. Only book here if you want to spoil your holidays. It may have had a better past, but surely no future.
