Hotel Paramos Inn - Hotel in Bengaluru - default, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the elegant entrance, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that surpassed all my expectations. The hotel staff were truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and dedication to making every guest feel welcome was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk personnel who efficiently checked me in The service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, offering a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

Stayed recently in room 403. We have a mixed feeling on this hotel. Few things are good, while lack of hospitality kills it all. If you are spending 2.5 k and upwards, there are some minimum expectations. Pros : located in a busy hub. Central Bangalore is nearby. Few Front office staff are well spoken. Cons: No parking is available. You need to park on the road which is very busy, and certainly it is not safe. The Front office had though prepared us for this over phone, pre-arrival. No sense of arrival. You have to either carry your stuff on your own, or go inside and ask for help. No support system at entrance, outside. Rooms are very small and cramped. If someone sits on the writing chair, other person cannot pass by. Very inconvenient. The cupboard had only 1 hanger. Had to request for more. Requested for extra pillow, and were told it is kept in the wardrobe are. We got them but without cover and full of stains. The bed linen and towel had holes. Bathroom is extremely small. No place even for a towel rack. Our towels were placed on the bed. ( Lodge style folded, no towel arts). Used towels can only be hanged in bathroom door hook, so no place to hang/place garment while using washroom. Breakfast was the least spread I have ever seen. (Putting photo of entire buffet - same counter from 2 sides). Funny part is, there is toast in buffet but they do not serve eggs. No fruits or juices whatsoever. Poor thought process in staff. The day I was leaving, we were in hurry and did not have enough time to visit the restaurant for breakfast. Asked them the menu, and requested to pack 2 parathas from buffet in lieu of our buffet breakfast. They denied saying they do not pack buffet. I agree this to be valid for guests who ask for packed food even after consuming food from buffet. Sometimes only brain and no heart is not a good approach in hospitality. They were okay to let us leave hungry, though it was already paid for. Felt sorry for the promoters of the hotel. We possibly won't stay here again.

Stayed for two nights, room was sufficiently spacious with good decor, location is also perfect to get to places. Staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Its location in the heart of Jayanagar's 9th Block offers easy access to a variety of shops, eateries, and attractions, making it a practical choice for travelers. The inn's ambiance is cozy and inviting. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the essentials for a convenient stay. The staff's hospitality was notable - they were friendly and ready to assist with any requests. While the inn might not boast extravagant amenities, it compensates with its prime location. Exploring the vibrant neighborhood and its nearby landmarks was effortless due to the inn's strategic placement.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly Hotel manager.Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Such well groomed and decent staffs. Be it housekeeping or restaurant Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The food was incredibly good. Thank you again Hotel paramos for going just that little step extra for the guests!!

Convenient location with excellent and clean facilities. The best part is Leon's management professionalism , responsiveness and patience in guiding us through the process - making it a memorable experience. Special call out to Mohan for his friendly service. Thank you...

The rooms were pretty small, for a cost of 3k. Stayed for a night. Did not find any issues.

My friend had came to the hotel with a wound on him. He was denied access to the room by the inhumane receptionist citing a strict "no visitor" policy.
