Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great and easy to locate. Warm and cozy rooms. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
Room service was worst. Bed sheet was very dirty and patched. Room was not cleaned dusty. The reception person was very rude and impolite. low maintenance. At this price better room service should be provided. The bathroom was very dirty and any utility was not provided. In short very bad experience with this hotel. I will not recommend it.

Rooms needed some maintenance, like Almirah handle broken, door lock is very noisy, You can easily listen inside talking even doors are locked. No hand towels, Bathmate is missing. DJ band service office is next to hotel and it is very noisy at evening specially during wedding season. Food service taken very long time as their promises. Staff behavior is good. TV is not working. Hopefully they will fix all these issues asap.

A very comfortable place. we were choosing a hotel with all the necessary amenities and not too expensive at the same time. My overall impression is very positive. Though the furniture in the room is good condition. The room was very spacious (#205). There was a LED TV. It seems to be the towels were changed every day. The cleaning was well-done.The staff is very helpful and hospitable. If you look for modern things and luxury, it is for you. If you look for comfort, coyness and hospitality, then it might be your choice. I'm sure I'll stay there again! Thanks
