Nice hotel beside Dal Lake. From left side room window, You can see the Dal Lake view and the mountains. The hotel decorations was also nice. Hotel boys and the receiption guys are very friendly. The payment was little bid high. But it's ok when you can see the Dal Lake view from your room. But not every room. Overall nice hotel.

I wish there is a negative rating we would have opt for that. Worst experience , rooms were pathetic smelly rooms, dirt, flyes all over the room even in washroom 0 maintenance no water in washroom, broken window, not working WC major flushing issue, there was nothing clean. And prices are like they are giving gold. Not at all recommended

I have stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms. Some of the rooms are extremely bad. Dirty toilets with broken sink. Rooms are extremely dirty and not cleaned. No Room heater. No electric kettle to get at least warm drinking water. Towels provided are not clean and worn out. The only plus point is that it is besides Dal Lake.

The hotel is not as good for a three star hotel. Rooms require some renovation. Otherwise the location is good.

Rooms are not good, washrooms fitting leakage problem, service useless, just extracting charges without providing proper attention, lower staff nature very good

Hotel is at a nice location. Less than 100mt and you get Dal lake ghat 5. Although the room was nice and spacious. There were not many amenities. Wifi was available but without any password and we sensed some serious security threat to it. We came after a trek of 7 days and extremely tired, badly wanted to take bath. My room's geyser was not working and they still gave the room. I complained twice over phone and no one came. Then I had to go down and thats when they told that it's not working and I had to switch room early morning. I also requested for tea for our members but they never came back with it. For the price, the service was quite poor !

Not good rooms Service is good No plug works No hanger

Poor Room Services. Rates are not matching services provided. No lift available. Bath fittings are non functional and most rooms having decade old fittings. After 10 pm they won't heed to your request even for hot water to make baby food. Resturant having mainly non veg food. After checkout, they will force you to pay tipps and as per their wish. Top of that you have to pay tips even to their cleaner. I must say, location is good, but having poor amenities and services.
