Very poor maintenance... TV socket was in burnt condition, bathroom drainage was blocked and water flooded... Complaint was made to house keeper and further to Mgr. They failed to correct this in 2 attempts.

Rooms were good and price was reasonable. There was adequate parking available. The only issue was very slow services as the staff was inadequate and non professional. Rest was good.

3 to 4 km only Jungle is there. Staff behaviour is very cheap. Service was terrible. Rooms are small No waters available for bath. Charge was so expensive. No place are available outside only jungle is there. Unsafe hotel. Overall worst experience. I will gave 0 star if less than 0 is available I will give the same.

7-8 km far from mall road, lonely place, feel not safe, even no road light, feel like slum type area, they show you just front look, outside surrounding looks very bad, I even didn't go inside the hotel. Because of more negative review it also changed its name from (Hotel Paradise Regency Shimla) to (Simla Hill Paradise) all the money was wasted. very bad experience. I booked it for 30 apr and 1 may 2022.

Staff was very polite, well mannered and resourcefull. We did not feel the need to go out of the hotel for anything other than sightseeing. We booked vehicles right from the hotel reception and it was cheaper than what other local taxis were charging. The only problem that we felt was the location of the hotel. Though near the city centre, it's located way below in Annadale. Overall, a good experience.

It's away from main area but there is a shortcut from Police Lanes which is very small lane. Rooms r good. We took on top floor which gave us good view and awesome feel of rain and hailstorm. Staff was also very helpful and courteous. Food was awesome as well. Hot coffee and pakoda when it's raining heavy, was excellent feeling

One of the waste hotel ever in entire shimla. We were given rooms in 4th floor,in which water facility is zero. If we asked for it he gave room keys of 1st floor to use washroom which was soo inconvenient in that weather which is soo cool This hotel was located very far from the city,its altitude is too low so to go to this hotel there are vertical roads which is too dangerous And coming to the food part its soo worse They will give a menu in which costs are low and while billing they will double it saying it was wrongly printed in the menu
