The rooms are clean and somewhat spacious. Nothing sketchy about them nor the owner. It's hardly 5mins walking distance from the metro station so that's convenient.

Tv Not Working, AC Not working ,fan was shutting off intermittently staff Not Responding ..Room service people are also not paying attention to the complaints.
1. first hotel name was Hotel Paradise 2. Area is quite different, too crowdy, low grade area- but you can say active area and food items and accessories and medical and many things are very around.
3. external is ok, but once you get inside it is Ok.
4. Rooms are too short. Yeah well you can spend time.
5. Geyser, water and all hotel kit things were very well.
overall ambience is ok
6. No windows- it depends on choice, I don't required.
7. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

There was blood stains on pillow and bed sheets (after effects of valentine), also the AC was working at the time of check-in, but when I woke up in the middle of the night, the staff cleverly switched off AC. Also bathroom and dustbin filled with wastes including "topi". Hence stayed at this place for short time and left. Overall pathetic hotel, worse than cheap lodges in suburbs..
I & my friend stayed there for 3 days. I. e. from 23rd November 2019 night to 26th morning. First time we got to know that water bottle cost is Rs . 30 . when all **** hotel they have charged Only Rs.20. which is genuine. Secondly from 23rd night to 25 morning TV was not working. After complaining again and again they changed the room. After changing the room we faced another problem which is A. C. not working. After several time complaining again they provide a room at 1.30A.M. of 26 November 2019. At last we have completed our pathetic journey with Apex Executive on 26 November 2019 at 10A.M. Anyways one thing is good which is good location.
Very poor services, they do not accept Agoda bookings, however we have book the property from Agoda as we don't have any idea about their issues.
After coming to the property they have tell us that there is some issues is going on between agoda and property owner, because of that we loss our 2,000/- .
So please contact the owner first then book the propert.
Stayed 3 nights. An average hotel...rooms are quite small but very neat and clean. AC in all rooms leak after some time. We had to change room one night and 2nd night we had to avoid AC as that also started leaking after 15mnts. NO BFAST WAS GIVEN TO US INSPITE OF OUR BOOKING WAS DELUXE ROOM WITH BFAST... location also quite bad and noisy due to market place. Yes staff was good....
