Rooms are spacious but lack maintenance, with frequent power cuts at night. The hotel is understaffed, making it difficult to access service when needed. Additionally, the location is distant from popular sightseeing spots.
Rooms not well maintained. Water leakage from the ceiling during my stay... Overpriced compared to the offerings.. Be careful while accessing the lift as there are high chances of you either getting stuck or ending up on the wrong floor... Washroom fittings are loose and will fall off even if you place a towel on it..
Good property nice and clean rooms, staffs are nice and friendly. Food is very good .

- Stay was comfortable. - Staff was cooperative. - 20 mins walkin from harki pauri. - Cleanliness was an issue...After checkin been done, found cleanliness issue and reiterated to the manager on same and then it was taken care. In house kitchen/restaurant is fine. Because of issues found in cleanliness, rated it 3, otherwise no issues found.
The staff is very good, the rooms were too great. We forgot some things they called us back . Very helpful
