Hotel Paradise Inn - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

Rooms were pathetic! We were a family of 3. The 3rd person was given a very hard bed to sleep on a "khatiya". The room was very disgusting. We had book it for 3 nights, but we preferred to change the hotel after the first night. Even the bathroom was small and not worth the price. Breakfast was very limited. We paid one guy from the reception to buy a stationary of 20rs. We gave him 100rs. He did not return the remaining money and kept the stationary at the reception only for us to take it. That's not honesty!! We would have tipped him from our good will. What he did was cheating. The lift is also very small. Only positive aspect of staying here it's the location. It's right outside the market. I do not recommend it at all!

This hotel was recommended by a friend. We stayed here for three nights and we were not impressed. The first night we didn't get to sleep until after 2am because there was too much noise downstaits (a do or something). The rooms are tired and not very clean, especially the bathroom. Nowhere to put soap in the shower. No lighting over the sink to shave by. There's no proper window so at night the room is pitch black and you can't even find the bathroom without stubbing ones toe, or worse. We just left the bathroom light on all night and left the door slightly ajar and that worked. A small table lamp or a night lamp would greatly improve things. To get hot water in the morning for a shower etc it was necessary to turn on the water for a minimum of 10 minutes! The chairs are very uncomfortable and the table is too small. There aren't any suitcase tables. Anyway, the twin room we were given was quite small. The staff are friendly and the masala chai is good. My wife suffered a few bites but I didn't experience that problem. They don't accept cards for payment which is highly unusual. We were not told of this at the outset. In my opinion our room was not worth Rs2,200 per night, and due to our being inconvenienced we should have been offered a discount. Anyway, if you are looking for a smart place to stay this place is not for you. Last word: Paradise means Heavenly and this place is most certainly not that.

Paradise Inn Hotel has very spacious Rooms and food and service is also up to the Mark.

Pathetic hotel. Behaviour of staff in the reciption is very rude and abusive specially the old bald person with chashma. He is a big cheater. I went there to get a room without any online booking. After some negotion they were willing to give me small room at 1700 with breakfast because I was a single person. They asked me to make payment in cash to avoid GST and they took photocopy of my I'd and get signed after that I went to ATM to get cash. There were 2-3 ATM which were not working nearby so after 20 mins when I came back after getting cash. That old guy completly changed his statement and he demanded 2000 for room. I told him 20 mins ago u were willing to give me same room at 1700. Then he lied that he never said that. He wasted my 30-40 min without any reason. I asked them to check the camera recording to clear who is lyingThere were plenty of hotel in karol Bagh if u don't want to give room at low price then don't waste other people time by lying. Condition of room is very poor it's not worth of 2000 they were asking. Bed sheet and walls were dirty
