I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, and the food was delicious. However, it's important to note that they have a strict policy of not allowing locals; they only admit travelers with baggage.

We had very worse experience We booked 2 room for 2 nights for 4 people (double occupancy ), 3 months in advance. The day before coming we confirmed with hotel staff the same. When we arrived, the receptionist lady refused to give us 2 rooms. She only gave us 1 room (in which only 2 person can live) and said that she will give us another room in next 2 hours as all rooms are occupied currently. After 2 hrs she again refused and said she will not give 2nd room as her system don't show the same. After much arguments she agreed her fault of giving our room to other guests, after much arguments, her senior apologized and gave us another room at another (completely different) hotel. Now just imagine out of 4 people, 2 were staying at hotel paraag and rest 2 were staying at another hotel, our complete group schedule got disturbed. Very much worst experience.

Excelellent Location, just in the heart of Bengaluru: walking distance to Cubbon Park, Raj Bhavan , Vidhan Souda Car Parking is there. Decent Rooms: Rooms were bug, Furniture and furnishings are old but clean. AC works fine, window is there but no view as it is surrounded by buildings. Helpful Staff: Aditya from front desk was welcoming. I forgot my charger in the room and the cleaning staff found it in time and gave it to me.

Amazing location, decent amenities. Nothing too fancy, not too shabby. If you need a place for longer duration stays, this is definitely a good budget place to consider.

Washroom needs serious attention( Drainage, Taps, water flow direction, etc) . If Improvement takes place, Rooms are okay to Manage. Location is best. This feedback is to improve , so that next rating can be improved.

The food quality at the hotel was good, but I found it to be on the expensive side. While the taste and flavors were satisfying, the prices may not be suitable for budget-conscious travelers. It took quite a while for the food to be delivered to my room, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel's restaurant allows you to order food until 10 pm, but you have the option to order food online. Room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay experience. However, in the bathroom of my room, I encountered an issue with water constantly flowing, which was a bit bothersome.

It's an old hotel with poor quality of service. But hotel is situated near GPO and vidhan soudha , heart of the city.

Location is good. Near by to have hotels are less. In hotel food is good but expensive. So if you opt outside you have to walk little bit. Bedbugs are there which results in rashes and pums in my hand, leg, neck.
