Venue is good for small functions. Each floor have separate look. Rooms were ok ok. Some of the rooms didnt have geyser. As part of toiletries you wll get towel, lux soap and clinic plus shampoo. Food was good. Hotel need better maintanence as the lift was scary. And second floor corridor also needs renovation.

Please don't organize any kind of function in this hotel because the nature of the owner is not good at all and there is no truth in his words. 1.- The quality of the food is very bad. 2.- Not kids friendly. 3.- The lift is very dangerous. 4.- There is no cleanliness. 4.- Please don't waste your money. 5.- AC Is Not Working Properly. This review of mine is not my mean to hurt anyone, it was just a suggestion, if still someone wants to waste their money and time, then it is their choice.

The worst kind of hotel one could go to, the doors and locks and rooms don't work, the wifi provided never connects, the TV is useless because of no wifi, and worst of all the staff is rude, they can't even provide water bottles unless you ask them 10 times, in short, they behave as if we aren't the ones paying but they are letting us stay for free.

The stay was pathetic. The hotel has mold all over. The room was stinking of the fungus smell. They gave us a room in which geyser was not working and then when we asked for room shift, they brought hot water in a bucket and asked us to use it. On continuous request, they then shifted us to other room where shower was not working. We asked them to provide extra bedding for which we paid 300 Rupees. The extra bedding was all torn up with foam coming out. In the night when we asked for extra blanket for the extra bedding, they provided us a blanket which was completely stained at multiple places and full of dust. The staff was extremely rude and unresponsive. For everything that we needed, we had to go down from 3rd floor to the reception, because they wont pick calls. We had to additionally ask for a water bottle which is something every hotel provides while checkin. The staff just placed two bottles very rudely on the table and later while check out they asked us to pay for both, when we just asked for one bottle at the first place.

Very good ambience. Good music. Little dance floor also available if you like to dance and party. Food and service is good but not too great.

Location is prime and place is also seems fine. Air-conditioning needs to be improved and backup system need care and efficiency

i stayed twodays but that two days my health is flly spoiled , no cleaning washroom ,toilet, dirty bed , every time bad smell, even thay dont using card swiping machine also very poor service , my best suggestion dont take this hotel.

A place for drink lovers.. Good and easy connectivity from faridabad and palwal..
