Located in a nice place to get access almost to every need. Good place to stay. Rooms are good too but food quality and room service are not satisfactory.
Great location, Really pleasant Restaurant Area and clean Hotel rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The food is absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in Our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Papilo. Highly recommend!
Staffs were limited. Service was not prompt .. Quality of food was okay I can say..not that good.. No extraordinary items are there. We ordered papilions jugalbandi kebab which took almost one hour to be served.. After tasting we got to know it was basically sikh kebab..i ordered sweet lime soda whether they served bitter yet salty lime soda.. Only the ambience I loved..all i can say it was 3 out of 5..they need adequate & efficient staffs..
Papilio is a newly opened restaurant in malda . In Durgapuja I went with my family and spent a lot of good time at papilio A well decorated hall with fantastic Ambience food quality was so good but ig in the time of Puja quantity was small , but they managed it service was so good and mainly I truly liked their behaviour , they are those people who balance the beauty of a restaurant , they were truly good at service and behaviour there is a very beautiful rooftop view from this restaurant so lovely We will surely come again
Highly recommended .we had quite late check-in but not suffered a bite rather staffs were waiting for us. Got a warm welcome Prime location. Brand new hotel. Spacious modern rooms with comfy bed. Large washroom with all amenities. Breakfast was delicious n complimentary. We Stayed there for a single night. We booked 3 rooms. Hotel is liked by everyone. Wish to visit again
Today is my birthday and i go here with my friends its very calming place and the staff service is very good. They give me an extra cake from their side it's a very nice gesture and this shows a great nature.
