We have 2 days stay with small kid we already requested them for hygiene then too rooms were not cleaned
bed sheet was not clean .

We have been visiting this place since last 17 years and Panorama has been our only preference in terms of stay.
The staff have really been cooperated towards us including the waiters, room service, manager.
All the meals served by them is really really delicious and mind-blowing as they serve too many varieties in a single meal. Loved the food.
The property, the ambience is so good and the place is so quiet and peaceful.
All and over best place to stay if you're visiting Matheran.

Hotel is near by matheran toytrain only the negative point is that the mobile network is not there when you enter the rooms .even wifi not working in the rooms Airtel jio Can't work in rooms & in hotel only VI network is there inside the rooms & hotel & about the wifi you have to come on the centre of the hotel so that wifi work properly
Overall decent experience, won't rate it high as my room has walls leaking due to rain and because of ZERO ventilation and during monsoon season the room stinks real bad. Mold emits a musty, earthy odor who was making it difficult to live in and sleep. Wifi could be improved

Stayed for a night. It is hardly 500 metres from Matheran Railway station, and only 200 metres from the main market. Both hotel and rooms are quite spacious. The service and food was quite good.
WiFi coverage can certainly be improved. Our room was not well maintained. Bedsheets seemed to have some moisturise.
